Modern 3BR Beach Getaway w/ Fire Pit+Outdoor Space

We loved our stay at Erica’s place. It was a fantastic location, clean, comfortable, and looked like the pictures. We appreciated being able to walk to so much and having parking for 2 in the driveway. Very responsive and friendly hosts helped to make it a great stay. We hope to return.

Great central location for our stay in San Diego. Quick walk to beach, drive to La Jolla or down to the city. We had dinner at a Michelin star restaurant right around the corner. (Awesome). Great coffee shop on the block as well. Modern remodel with all the amenities listed. Clean and comfortable. Erica was absolutely fantastic, friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay with her again..

Great quiet suburb neighborhood, newly remodeled feel, 2 cars can park side by side on the driveway but it is tight, they had 1 pack and play and 1 high chair for babies. Great stay overall.

This is truly one of the best places I’ve ever booked on Airbnb. The apartment was exceptionally clean — honestly, even cleaner than many hotels I’ve stayed in. Every room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There was something almost magical about them — I slept unbelievably well every single night, better than in most hotels, I swear. Everything in the space felt thoughtful, well-maintained, and just right. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out and made the stay feel effortless and relaxing. Thank you so much for such a perfect experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great stay and beautiful home!

My 2 girlfriends and I rented Erica's place for a short trip. We loved the location, the property (spacious, clean, modern, and had all the amenities needed), and the local restaurants. We all were so pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.

Erica's place was amazing and better than expected. The location near the beach, shops, and restaurants were ideal- not too far but far enough. The inside was perfectly appointed and squeaky clean. The off-street parking was essential as was the air-conditioning (temps were a little hot and the AC was a true reprieve). We would totally stay here again and feel lucky we were able to find this gem in North PB.
