Myself and four friends stayed here for NYE and had the best time. The apartment is comfortable and the beds are dreamy. My only feedback, and awareness for older guests, is the shower in one bathroom has a very high step to get into it. My friends and I are in our 20s and felt unstable getting in and out of the shower. The second bathroom does have a walk in shower though. Overall, so beautiful! The balconies are a huge plus and the apartment has beach chairs, towels and everything else you need. 10/10

Great condo on the beach!Amazing unobstructed view of the ocean and pier. The 2 decks allow you listen to the waves and people watch. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The 2 bedrooms were as described and quiet. The temperature inside was perfect. 3 huge TVs to watch sports and movies. Nice beach amenities too. Beach chairs, towels, and toys for digging in the sand. Perfect location and great beach memories. Host communication was great and timely.

The hosts were very proactive with communication. The location is perfect with an amazing view and lots to do within walking distance. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen does have a toaster oven and cooktop instead of a full range, if that’s important to anyone. There are a few updates that could be done to the unit, but it’s nice overall. I’d stay again because of the location that’s central to all of the attractions and ease of parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Jim's place! It was walkable to many restaurants and shops and the view of the ocean was perfect. It had everything we needed from beach chairs to games. The communication was proactive and efficient and even provided local suggestions which was great since we weren't familiar with the area. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

My sister and I had a great stay in this condo. We’ve stayed in other condos in the same building, but this has been the best yet plus it was dog friendly, which is very kind of the hosts!! Thank you so much Jim and other hosts for having such a great place! So convenient, Ralph’s and CVS are both right around the corner. The beach is right around the corner. Restaurants are right around the corner. Loved staying here!
