Modern, comfortable, and clean townhome in a nice community. The balcony on the second floor and the rooftop on the third floor were great spots to hang out with a view. Absolutely a fantastic property with great communication from the host, would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a beautiful family vacation. This is an absolutely beautiful property. The pictures of the pool area actually don’t do any justice The pool area is AMAZING Better than any resort I ever stayed at. I would not ever hesitate to stay at this property if you’re vacationing in San Diego. TOP OF THE LINE The communication with the host was perfect. We will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful, clean townhouse in a nice community with a pool, playground, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. As others have mentioned, the front door is awkwardly located and a long walk around the building from the garage side. Accessibility could be resolved with a garage door opener. Derek was responsive and communicative. No major issues!

The community is absolutely beautiful. The house was very nice. Parks nearby, dog park, succulent gardens. The home was equipped with all essentials for a stay except for an iron and ironing board. Unable to operate the ceiling fan and washing machine appears that it was controlled off sight also found a long spider web hanging from one of the lights in the main bedroom. Did not have access to the recreational center although the host assured me of this via email, so we were unable to swim or workout in the gym. You need a key card for access that was not provided. Overall, it was a great place to stay outside of the forementioned.

Great place to stay. The only inconvenience was not having a clicker for the garage. It would have been fine if there was a path from the side of the house instead of walking around all the houses to get to the front door or if you could download the app for the garage and use a password or code for the stay.
