Perfect for our girl’s trip with plenty of space for 4 people, plus the area feels so safe. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating the entire duration of our trip. There’s plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, a gym all within walking distance.

Great stay in north PB for family of four -- nice to be able to walk to coffeeshop in the mornings and to the nearby, surf-able Law Street beach. Jacuzzi always a bonus. Host really helpful and responsive. No issues!

This is a great house, with a great location. The house matched the pictures in the listing, and it is fantastic! It's a short walk to the Law St. Beach, the heart of Pacific Beach and to Bird Rock. The house itself is roomy, in great condition and really just perfect. The hosts were very responsive and helpful at all times. We look forward to returning many times!

The unit is great and the hosts' instructions are clear, but the hosts are unreasonably sensitive about noise. I would only recommend booking this unit if you plan to have no guests over whatsoever, even during daytime hours.

High value for money. Great location with few minutes walk from the best beach of SD. Plus, there is a seven-eleven and great coffee shop one minute away from the apartment. The hosts were super friendly, available to assist with any small isues and were flexible with check in/out timing.
